SuperiorUSA takes the hassle out of retirement plan administration by handling all aspects of the plan. The knowledgeable staff at SuperiorUSA specializes in full retirement plan administration including the production of qualified retirement plan documents, summary plan descriptions and administrative forms necessary to comply with current laws. Our documents are designed to allow discretionary contributions. SuperiorUSA is a regional prototype sponsor for both standardized and non-standardized plans, giving your company the ability to customize a plan according to your needs. Provide initial and ongoing enrollment and technical support for most qualified plan issues. SuperiorUSA also monitors and recommends plan amendments as required by future law changes. SuperiorUSA will produce the applicable forms and procedural instructions necessary to comply with the administrative requirements of the plan in a manner consistent with current laws and regulations. If required, we will prepare documents needed for client legal counsel to complete a filing of the plan with the IRS for advance determination approval. Our staff will conduct the initial plan implementation and non-discrimination testing to ascertain initial compliance. We also suggest remedies to resolve all failed testing results on a timely basis. Thereafter, we will perform non-discrimination testing semi-annually, and other required testing at least annually to assure ongoing compliance under current laws and regulations. Quarterly changes in participant investment elections and routine plan administrative transactions will be handled by SuperiorUSA. Quarterly employee and employer statements are produced within 30 business days after the end of the quarter. Within two business days of receipt on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, SuperiorUSA will provide a breakdown of invested dollar amounts to the various plan funds to be submitted to the carrier along with the company's investment check. An annual accounting to the client company and the plan participants will be provided by SuperiorUSA. We will also perform the year-end Form 5500 reporting information for submission to the IRS, the Summary Annual Report and other required year-end reporting. Assistance will be provided to the employer with year-end determination of allowable discretionary contributions. SuperiorUSA will determine if excess deferrals or contributions have been made, and will prepare the necessary data for any required refunds to plan participants. |
